County Executive Ed Day detailed priorities within the spending plan and provided an update on the progress his administration is making in delivering on his core priorities: stabilizing Rockland's finances, promoting economic growth and preserving the county for future generations.
The meetings were held Oct. at Farley Elementary School in Stony Point and Nov. 16 at the Valley Cottage Library.
